JoAnne Moody has over 25 years of experience in adhesives and

materials science. After joining 3M in 1977, she worked as a product

development engineer in industrial tapes and adhesives. In 1981, she

moved to California and worked at Raychem Corporation (now Tyco

Electronics) and in the medical device industry. In 2006 JoAnne founded Zeta Scientific LLC, an engineering consulting and training company providing expertise in adhesives, biomaterials, and materials science.

JoAnne has a BA Degree in Chemistry and an MS Degree in Chemical

Engineering & Materials Science. JoAnne is active in SME currently

serving as the Chair for the Silicon Valley Society of Manufacturing

Engineering (SME) Chapter and previous Chair of the San Francisco SME Chapter, delegate to the Silicon Valley Engineering Council (SVEC), and event manager for the SVEC Maker's Faire booth.
